South West Pets will accept goods returned providing that goods are unused, undamaged and able to be resold. Manufacturer's packaging must be intact and unopened. Goods must be received at our office within 14 days of shipment from South West Pets.

Freight and handling costs remain the responsibility of the customer and are not refundable. except in the case of incorrect goods despatch or if goods are faulty.

Please be sure of your pet's size when ordering. Freight charges for returning incorrectly sized collars and coats remain the responsibility of the customer. Collars and coats must be returned in saleable condition. We will not accept goods that are dirty, covered in hair or have been wet.

If you simply change your mind regarding products ordered. we will happily exchange with any other product of equal or lesser value, minus postage costs, once the original purchase has been received back at South West Pets. All returned goods and packaging must be in their original condition and must be resalable.

Any exchange of goods will incur postage costs and no free delivery will apply.
