All of our products for delivery within Australia only and all prices listed are in Australian Dollars. We operate on a strictly pre-paid system and goods are only despatched upon receipt of full payment.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Bankcard. Credit Card payments can be made via our website or via email.

Cheques and money orders will be accepted. All cheques should be made out to
South West Pets. Money orders and cheques should be posted along with your order form and contact details, to 41 Albert Road, Bunbury WA 6230.
Orders will only be despatched once cheques are cleared. (3 working days)

Payment can also be made via direct debit into our bank account using the internet banking system. Please note that your order reference number must be stated in order for us to track your payment. Funds usually take 2-3 working days to show in our bank account, and shipment will only go ahead once funds are cleared. Please ensure your last name, as it appears on your order, is noted on your transaction.
