Most orders are dispatched within 1-3 working days of the order being taken and funds cleared. All deliveries weighing up to 20kg are dispatched using Australia Post. Please allow up to 7-10 working days for delivery within WA, as some rural areas require longer delivery time frames. Orders weighing in excess of 20kg will be delivered via courier, please contact us for further details.

For orders weighing under 20kg and where the total value is less than $100, South West Pets charges a flat fee of $7.50 postage for the first item ordered and a flat fee of $10.00 for two or more items.

If paying by cheque or money order, goods will not be dispatched until funds have been cleared. Orders paid for by Direct Debit will be dispatched once funds have been credited to our account.

Signatures may be required for package delivery. If goods cannot be signed for at the specified delivery address, they will then be delivered to the nearest Australia Post office for pick up.

Insurance is available upon request. Please contact us for details and costs. South West Pets is in no way held responsible for parcels once they are in the hands of Australia Post.

South West Pets offer free delivery for all orders of $100 value and over (with the exception of parrot cages). Freight charges will apply for orders of value $99 and under.
